2 cup(s) fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt | |
1/2 cup(s) fat-free skim milk | |
1/8 tsp mint extract, optional | |
4 item(s) cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookie(s) |
Instructions
- Place yogurt, milk and mint extract in a blender; blend until smooth and creamy. Add cookies; blend for a few seconds until combined. Yields about 2/3 cup per serving.
