Icy Blue Whale Drink Recipe
1 part blue curacao
1 part vodka
1 part orange juice
1 part pineapple
1 part sweet & sour mix
This is the typical recipe for a Blue Whale. I add a splash of grenadine or a drop of cranberry juice to it also for color effect.
I mix each ingredient with it's own batch of ice so the colors stay sharp in the glass. It takes a bit more effort, but the presentation is nicer. This is a frozen drink so I use a lot of snow ice. Once presented each person can stir the drink until mixed.
