PEACH BELLINIS RECIPE

PEACH BELLINIS RECIPE



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup peach schnapps
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup champagne or prosecco

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add the peaches, schnapps, sugar, and the ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide the mixture among two champagne flutes. Top off each glass with champagne. Stir gently to combine if desired. Serve immediately.
